Orders made before 2pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day.
We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
Orders over £25 will qualify for free Royal Mail Second Class delivery, however if you want your order faster you will need to pay for 1st class signed for, you order would then be sent as a priority.
Orders under £25 will not qualify for free shipping, depending on weight you will have the option of 1st or second class signed for delivery, 1st class will be sent via Royal Mail Firt Class Signed For and will likely arrive with you the next working day, orders where 2nd class signed for is chosen will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed for and will likely arrive with you 2 – 4 working days after your order.

Please note:

Refunds are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging. If your item is faulty we can only issue a replacement or a credit note. Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the purchase or if the problem is due to you. It’s your responsibility to return the items to us and needs to be done promptly at your cost. We do not refund postage costs. Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase, after 30 days a faulty item must be returned to the manufacturer directly.
